Being spammed every time I enter a city with the message about the new system is pretty obnoxious.
I don't want to activate it. Stop telling me to.

with that kind of attitude, as well as the attitude you've displayed with your other threads, I hope you don't....
I saw your "bug report." If you don't fill out the template completely it will simply be ignored and moved to "insufficient information." So if you can't be bothered to make a complete report, you may as well not post it.
