did it subsequently happen every time you tried to log back in?

If the game consistently crashes every time you enter an area, it's one of two things:

1) a file is corrupted or missing, use the playonline file checker to fix this or reinstall
2) a third party tool is causing issues,turn them off and see if that solves it.

Even more odd...

But now that they are showing interest into Dynamis Divergence related issues... please investigate the unnecessary communication load present within Dynamis Divergence zones! As well as Odyssey Sheol A, B and C zones. This communication load present has plagued players for over year now and causes constant suffering. Caused likely by some variable being on the "process" section of code and constantly spamming player with unnecessary data.

Yeah, very odd. It sounds like as if it is giving Alhanelem a chance to get unbanned. He is very smart. I do enjoy reading his experience of FFXIV on this forum. He is very talkative I am sure he can do both sides. ^^;

I don't usually do the whole necrobumping thing. I post in a lot of threads that come up, yeah, but I'm not usually just digging up ancient discussions at random lol
