Steps:
1. While in Alzadaal Undersea Ruins and heading to salvage "SSR" zone.
2. I have the KI on me i click on the Gilded Gateway to Enter. i'm getting xonnecting to server & please wait for 2~3min
3. After that its telling me "Could not connect to server". this been happening for the last 3 days now.
4. i asked a friend of mine to try to enter and hes facing the same issue. when i check the zone if there is player isnide, there is none
5. Same problem with both zone silver sea remnants & silver sea remnants II
6. I contact a GM and he informed me to make a post here.
