Internet Connection Speed: 200Mbps
Date & Time: Nov 29, 2020 ~
Frequency: Continuing
Character Name: Imisnew
Race: TarutaruM
World: Bahamut
Main Job: Black Mage, Lv.99
Support Job: Scholar
Area and Coordinates: Provenance (?-?)
Party or Solo: Party with 4 members
NPC Name: Provenance Crystal
Monster Name: N/A
Steps:
Obtained my first Kupofried's corundrum.
Obtained 3 more by trading Crystal Petrifacts.
Clicked on "Provenance Crystal" and began the fight Beguiling Radiance.
Completed Beguiling Radiance fight vs Pil and Sarbaz for the first time.
Clicked on "Provenance Crystal" again to start the next fight, but I received the message: You are cleared to enter the battlefield, but you cannot while party members are engaged.
I have zoned out of Provenance, logged out & logged in, reinstalled PlayOnline and FFXI, tried on different days, but clicking on "Provenance Crystal" still gives me this message, regardless of if I'm in a party or solo. Furthermore, the party members I was playing with at the time are also affected by this, and it was not their first time clearing this battlefield.

GM Wyndallus reached out to me in-game, but I wasn't present. He asked me to supply the names of those that were in my party. Unfortunately, the only party member's name I recall is 'Rancour'. I'm currently reaching out to them to see if they remember the names of the other party members.

Rancour
Rinoax
Wildhoarsez

You should make another GM call to supply the reuqested information, rather than putting their names here.

I will try again, thanks for your advice.

I put the names here because I made a GM call originally to reconnect, but they closed it with a message stating something along the lines of "We don't know how to help" before contacting me. Is there more than one way to call a GM? Or call back a specific GM?

if you frame your call as a follow-up or ask for escalation after the first call sometimes that has produced results for me.
Something like "I have information to add to a previous report about XXX."

Generally if you want to name other people for any reason its best not to do it in a public space. Support tickets or GM calls. This bug s hould still be accepted though since you filled it out correctly.
