Hello,
I'm a returning player, specifically after the old POL mail system was deprecated. I cannot access the POL email account through the POL Viewer (even after resetting the password through the SE Account Management). It throws a POL-0011 error when trying to connect. As a result, the game client keep flashing in the top right corner that I have three unread messages, with no way to delete them.
