Yeah, that's kind of... odd... to say the least.

Anyblue, I do believe it is available via Steam (one does not need to actually use Steam to install it, but simply get the keys through it, and then they can use the downloadable media via playonline.com if they so prefer).

After logging in, you can find your order history by clicking your username on the top right and selecting "My Orders".

Yes, thank you for your reply. The order emails eventually arrived about ~45-50 minutes after paying/completing the order. (Kind of a surprise but whatever).

Quite simple really. The supply is theoretically unlimited but they still have to be generated. They hit the point where they thought that would be enough and halted new codes.

Any sensible engineer would design the codes to be generated on the fly rather than generating them in advance.
