Bonus Bayld Campaign without WKR campaign?

You've gotta be kidding me? Why would you enable the Bonus Bayld Campaign for October ..without the WKR campaign?

The WKR monsters take 3 hours to respawn and since 1 well-geared DD can solo the boss, it's never up! (multiple this all 6 bosses) :(
