Add a new RoE for killing all 4 dynamis divergence wave 3 bosses

SE I suggest that you add a RoE for killing all 4 dynamis divergence wave 3 bosses. When you kill all 4 bosses, you are allowed to pick any 1 volte piece.

This roe would help revitalize groups to do wave 3 as well as allow more to get volte gear.

I like this idea, but I always said, more game systems should use points as a means of participation. Maybe if you fill the Wave 3 Mask (convert from Dark to Light) 5 times, you get a volte piece from that zone?

Just a thought.
