Allow Skirmish + Alluvion Skirmish Augmented Equipment deliverable to same-account

This dawned on me that these items while augmented have yet to be made deliverable to
characters on the same account. Any possibility?

+1 OP (and Sinister Reign gear too!)

...I don't know why SE went straight to Gaes Fete gear for making them deliverable on the same account but skipped Skirmish and Sinister Reign gear. :(
