Dear SE i was really shocked when i saw my item Laksamana's gants +3 becomes +2 i have completed it few months ago please investigate my case and help me out

I do wonder though, if it's possible that you completed a different +3 piece of the armour set, and this is simply a case of a little error in the memory department. :]

I fully completed my AF+3 set Laksamana's ... i was realy shocked too how come it becomes +2

From your initial post here, it seemed possible that you had just returned to the game, and without any other details all anyone could do was guess when and how this would have happened. The additional information you provided in the bug report will definitely help, and makes this issue seem all the more wild one.
Only other thing that comes to mind at this time, is running the file check either from the PlayOnline Viewer start menu, or via the FFXI Configuration Utility. I'm thinking it could be a display issue only, and the items have not actually changed (I'm not familiar with this armour set myself, but if there are some special attributes in them that would make it clear that they're actually functioning like +2 instead of +3, that could also help in figuring this out; simple stat changes might also give it away).
If the actual items have indeed changed, I hope they'll get you sorted soon!

There's no way to downgrade a reforged AF. Unless you can see other evidence your character was rolled back to before you finished it (very unlikely), this is probably a case of forgetting which item you upgraded.
Regardless, if you've lost an item of some sort you have to file a report within a week of it happening.
