It would be safe to assume it should no longer decay over time.
Ninja feel a bit under others jobs, not that they doing no damage (maybe a bit less) but bringing little to nothing to a team.
First thought i've got is about the Decay over time of thoses two abilities.
I think it would be cool to let them up with full bonus at all time.
Maybe also add some sort of Ensphere to thoses spell to bring some defensive/offensive bonus to their party.
what are your thought on this ?
