HI! I have downloaded FFXI onto my PC and when I go to type in my password the keyboard comes up but all special characters are greyed out! I cannot type the character I need in and I cannot copy/paste! So I'm stuck with it saying my password is invalid because I cannot get the special character in. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall but no luck. I do not have this issue on my laptop...HELP

You have two passwords. The Playonline Password (which you need to enter once, save and never enter again) which can not have special characters. Then the Square Enix password, which can. You're intering the wrong password. You have linked your playonline ID to a square enix account right?
