Upon release (also triggered during battle by certain circumstances):

Additionally, during battle ('s/Hpyer/Hyper/'):
Monberaux readies Hpyer Potion.

Monberaux uses Hpyer Potion.
Step 1 is not needed for the '.' and 'Hpyer Potion' messages, and I don't know if all, or only some of the donations must be made for the release messages to be repeated (did not run any tests betwixt trades).
On a related note, after the 100,000 gil donation, the real Monberaux in Upper Jeuno says the following (note the extraneous '。' in the end):
Monberaux : Thank you so much for your donation. This will save many a life in these trying times.。
