Increase command history beyond 8 commands?

Hi SE,
It seems the current command history which is recalled by pressing the UP arrow key is limited to 8 previously typed commands. Can we possibly have this increased? I personally would prefer 20 or even 30 commands, but will happily accept 16 or even 32, if it must be a power of 2.

Bumpity bump bump. Please help us SE, with these tiny, quality of live improvements. (I assume there is no PS2 memory limitation from preventing this increase given that we are on PC now).

I hate to say, it's still a ps2 game, ported onto the pc, they still need ps2 dev kits (which are running out) to update the game.

True. However, they added 100 equip sets, right? (And the last 20 require an "additional memory access" that incus a performance penalty when swapping gear!). So, SE can do more memory intensive things, if it's not hurting the player's experience or server performance. I don't think going from a command history of 8 to 16 is so bad, personally.

In the 5 years since I originally posted this request, I should have learned Japanese and applied to work at Square Enix. Then, I can implement the code change and test it myself. :)

Anyway, here's hoping that SE decides to give us 16 commands instead of 8! Please? Thank you for reading! :)
