BMAP says that beseiged is attacking yet when you go to al zahbi they are not

1. look at bmap shows mamools are attacking
2. zone into al zhabi
3. find that beseiged is NOT occuring, even though bmap says it is under attack
4. Beseiged eventually attacked over an hour later 21:40 HST
