Discernment bug

Me and some friends popped a Chloris tonight. We got the red stagger, then moved on to get the blue stagger to get someone the Auger gloves. All 3 melees said they had their discernment abyssite tell them it was weak to scythe weaponskills. 5 attempts of Spiral Hell and Cross reaper, and no stagger :mad:. We are 100% sure that we got several of each off cleanly. Sent in a GM call, and got the pre-typed "Please ask other players and consult community forums to get the info you want".
