As the title says, there should be a separate board for gameplay suggestions. I've seen a couple other threads in regards to that.
Now that that's out of the way...
I have and love my security token. It may be a bit extra hassle sometimes, but at least I know my account is, for the most part, secured.
Blizzard has a system in place that, rather than getting the security token as a separate device, you can download an app onto your cell phone, iPod, and all the fancy things. Paypal has a system in place that will send you a text message when you try to log in.
While I've certainly made my token(s) portable via a lanyard that I put around my neck when I go places, the cell phone/iPod/whatever would be a lot more convenient because most people are going to have those. I think having an app for the token, or having the game send you a text message with a code, would both be great to have. Might convince people who put the token on only for the Mog Satchel and then took it right back off to keep one too. =D
