In the Rhapsodies of Vanadiel quest:

Rhapsodies of Vanadiel Mission 2-12
"Prime Number"

Upon entering the undersea ruins the text from Aphmau says

"Its name is Alexander--a being that commands the forces light."

Maybe its the forces OF light? or is that suppose to be said that way?

There is no typo, she is just speaking in an archaic/poetic manner. "Light" is a postpositive adjective that modifies "forces", the noun. Example: "They heard monsters unseen" instead of "They heard unseen monsters".

Do you think so? I wasn't sure but it sounded strange because her character does not talk like that. Perhaps you're right though.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's correct. A bit awkward in today's English, but correct.
