Synergized Crafter's Torque

With the large number of crafting torque's is it possible to implement something similar to the Hachirin-no-obi, Combatant's torque, Incanter's torque, and Fotia Gorget/Belt? It would put more use on Synergy and those with the skill. Also would help alleviate some inventory congestion for those that craft heavily in combination with the crafting gear they use.

There generally isn't any reason to collect them all. But sure, there should be a synergized combo version if you actually got them all.
