It depends on the zone.

For Scars zones, depending on the Martello cores still in the Pulse Martello, your bonuses will vary. The more cores that the Pulse Martello has, the more your stats increase, including HP and MP.

Heroes zones vary based on the sphere of influence and overall morale. Since this is high, very often you'll see (under Morale Benefits or something like that) HP and MP Boost - Lv. 6 for example. This goes to show that you're getting a boost to HP and MP because of how well people are doing in Dominion.

In short, there are a lot of factors besides just abyssite, cruor buffs, and atma.

and does the order matters if u apply atma first for more enhancement bonus?

I understand what your saying, might help to give an example for other people to understand it.
Example:
Player sets IT and Ebon Hoof then gets curor buffs, will this give more HP than Getting buffs first then setting IT and Ebon Hoof.

Personally I always do atma first so that the buffs heal me to full, but if someone finds you get more HP/MP the other way then it might be worth it to have to rest a bit.

You get the same. Cruor buffs give 10%+(x*10%), where x is the number of Abyssites of Merit. Atma simply add up to that.

3x Abyssites of Merit + Atma of the Sanguine Scythe + Atma of the Zenith = 10%+3*10%+30%+10% = 80% bonus on normal HP. Doesn't matter what the order is.

What I have wondered is HP/MP+ gear only calculated when you get buffs or whenever you gear swap, though I am to lazy to test it myself.

As I recall, it's based on your base HP/MP, ignoring any other buffs from gear/atmas/cruor buffs regardless of the order.
