So, I see this is a massive issue that has come up in the past. I have done all parts for this mission, seen all cut scenes, but Cid will not give me more than a minor talking scene, ad the mission will not complete. Zoning back and forth as not changed anything, talking multiple times has not changed anything. Going to lower Jeuno has not started any cut scenes. Everything online has either been deleted/erased or seems to tell me to do what I've already done. Trying to progress this so I can get my Diablo summon.

I'm betting you didn't finish something up, probably this part

Speak with Hinaree at (B-6) in Southern San d'Oria for a cutscene to complete the San d'Oria path.
