We have confirmed an issue with the “???” (D-8) located in Ru’Lude Gardens.
As such, this location has temporarily been removed, and will be notified once the issue is resolved.

*This issue was resolved in the emergency maintenance performed on Nov. 13, 2019 21:00 to 22:30 (PST) / Nov. 14, 2019 5:00 to 6:30 (GMT).
We have returned the NPC "???" back to its original place.
