Can't seem to progress further into TOAU storyline, please help

I was going through Aht Urhgan missions pretty recently, but when I got to the mission "in the blood", couldn't go any further after speaking to naja, was supposed to speak to her again on the next mission, but am still stuck on that same mission, feedback would be nice, thanks in advance

Zone (logging out and back in does not count), wait until the next Vana'diel day, then talk to Naja Salaheem.

ah, I already tried that, but still can't progress to the next mission...

Then you're not on that mission, because thats what you do. there is no "it doesn't work".

I'll try your first suggestion once again, if I can't further progress through TOAU missions, I might as well put it off again

You killed the lamae. You got the coin. You talked to naja. You left the city and came back the next day.

If you did all that, you need to advance to mission 34
