Event Moogle Missing From Upper Jeuno

This seems more like an oversight on the part of whoever is in charge of switching event NPCs on.

The past few years there has been a Moogle in Upper Jeuno during the Egg Hunt event. This moogle sold certain furnishings including the jeweled egg, which seems to be no longer obtainable from the Egg Hunt itself.

This year, the moogle is missing.

Could the Community Team please follow up with the appropriate people to see if we can get this switched on? I've seen a bunch of confused people running around Upper Jeuno because they want to buy a Jeweled Egg for their Mog House.

You moved the thread but did not provide an answer to the proposed question about the missing npc?

I guess that's more of a job for a representative than a moderator but still, an actual reply regarding this matter would be appreciated. It is not too late to add the moogle back to the event before it ends.

It's not just the Jeweled Egg either, the other three nations Egg's are also impossible to get right now because of this. It's bizarre, because the moogle has been there to sell them ever since the other items were added to the Egg Hunt moogles.

It's possible the items are obtainable from other means now - but an answer would help out quite a bit on this...

My best guesses for combinations are, BASTO, WINDU, SANDO and JEUNO... I'll give them a shot if I wind up getting the correct eggs... but beyond those codes - I can't see trying a bunch of random junk if there is no certainty we can even obtain these items this year...

Also, I posted this in the bugs forum to 1) get the attention of the devs/community reps and 2) I don't see why they WOULDN'T add the moogle this time... it seems like an oversight, or it just isn't showing up for some reason... I'm 90% sure someone just forgot to make the NPC active. It's not really a suggestion - just pointing out it seems like they forgot something...

Update:

The number of moogles in Bastok has increased from 1 to 3 per zone, but the Moogle that sells the nation specific eggs is still missing.

Tried trading "JEUNO" and "BASTOK" and nothing happened. Traded "AIR" on Windsday and got an Orphic Egg. Trading "AIR" again only got me another Egg Lantern.

I've been trying to get the jewelled egg to but no joy. Looking at previous years you're supposed to get a couple of the nation eggs 1st.

Nabbed the Orphic egg though... Might take BRD on again after all.

I make a topic about this & got only 2 replies & zero info from DEVS, MODS or the like...

I wanted to get those egg lamps for my alt since I didn't have him active/created last year around that time...maybe they figured since "everyone" loves Abyssea then the player-base wont give 2 darns over furniture items missing from an event?

If they forgot, we really ought to make a bit bigger a fuss than we are and remind them. It's one thing if it's intentionally gone, it's another if they made a mistake and we're missing a few (albeit technically valueless) items because of it.
