Bio 3 - Can't learn on DRK

DRK99/SAM49 with RDM at 49.
Purchased Bio III scroll with says "DRK lvl 40" but received message "You cannot learn Bio III. You do not meet the job or level requirements".

It's a typo, you know DRK can't learn Bio III

Bio II is learned at 40 on DRK, they screwed another thing up, not unusual as of late.
