The thief job ability "Conspirator" does not function correctly.

Edit: It appears as if I had a misunderstanding about how this job ability worked. Through some community interaction and peer discussion I was informed that the values for conspirator cannot be compared against the /checkparam function because the effect is calculated as an "on hit" effect. I was unaware of this interaction when I submitted this bug report and therefore this submission is in error. Apparently the ability is working as intended and it is I who was mistaken.

Please accept my apologies for creating this thread and move or relocate it to the proper place accordingly. Once again, I am very sorry for the mistake.
