I never received a response or fix to my lost Aeonic progression from my March 2019 post under my name, Dowski. Given the length of time that has passed I will be deactivating my account and quitting game permanently if I not not receive a fix by next billing cycle. I would love to keep playing but having to restart my first aeonic from almost the beginning is just something I refuse to do. Please see original post and please help and I would love to continue playing!
