Monstrosity zone choices not available regardless of monster chosen

So for a few months, with any species chosen, of any size, or level, no matter player job or which Odyssean Passage is used to enter Monstrosity, the only choices for zones to stalk prey are "Buburimu Peninsula ~30, Xarcabard ~60, and Uleguerand Range ~90" and no other zones are available. ^This may have been triggered by returning the "Gladiatorial Writ of Summons" to the NPC to stop getting capped entering those zones as a regular player, but now these are the only zones I can enter as a Monipulator, leaving no possibility of leveling up level 1 species.

Edit: Toggled Belligerency back and forth ten times and it turned the areas back on eventually.
