2: Travel to Telepoint location at either Crag Mea, Dem, or Holla.
3: No Dimensional Portal found; Telepoint crystal still in place.
4: Interacting gives "you already possess the gate crystal for this telepoint".
5: ***Dimensional Portal at Empyreal Paradox also gives no repsonse.

***EDIT: I was a bit retarded and assumed the Portal would replace the Telepoint, I completely forgot there was a 3rd pedestal at each Crag (where the Portal actually is).

NPCs occasionally fail to spawn. Always been that way. Never going to not be that way.

Just run far enough away that it's no longer on screen and go back. Worst case scenario zone/log and go back. it will be there.

Sadly, I've already zoned many times checking each location a Dimensional Portal should be located, as well as re-logging, and still nadda. :'(

Sounds like you might need a file check then. They can't just not be there.

POL's File Check came back with no problems. Well, hopefully I'll find the Portal in place of the Crystal someday randomly.
