Empyrean AF THF feet 119 doesn't proc TH

Hello,

So basicly i got my empyrean feet for my THF to 119, which gives Treasure Hunter +3.
If i unequip them i do the first TH proc as 8, when i do equip them, should get a TH11 since is +3, but i only proc for TH9.

How is that possible?

TH cannot start that high, it has a cap

Well it's not like they tell people anything lol. The game itself is a complete void of information, you have to know where to look.

Yeah, naked THF can have TH3, max TH with gear is TH8 so the 1st effect you see is TH9 effect.
