Field Tunica Set

I was going through my old gear the other day and noticed the Field Tunica Set.

I am aware this has an effect on 'harvesting and mining', but...

Does it improve harvesting in the traditional sense of growing crops in your Mog House (via pots) and/or Mog Garden?

Nope. It only affects harvesting by using a Sickle. :(
