Character stuck in downloading phase while warping to new area

Frequency: Happens every time I try and log in.
Character Name: Silvchan
Race: Tarutaru
World: Bismark
Main Job: SMN
Support Job: RDM
Area and Coordinates: Book warp to passhow marshlands
Party or Solo: Solo
NPC Name: none
Monster Name: None
Steps:
1. Went to use the warp book to warp to marshlands.
2. Screen goes to "***Downloading data***" and after some minutes gives
Error code: FFXI 3001
3. Multiple retries, reboots etc give the same problem.
4. am able to log into other accounts on this PC.

I have checked all files, and errors, It appears to be only in passhow marshlands. I had a friend move me. I was able to log-in, but I crashed as soon as I warped to passhow. I tried again walking into passhow and got the same error. Weird that it's only that zone.

Could be a corrupted file that the file fix isn't picking it up.

Try logging in with an alternative connection,
If that doesn't work maybe try a un-install/reinstall as it could be down to a damaged graphics/other file that is used within P. Marshlands.
Have you been attempting to install any unofficial texture packs?
