No longer able to access Nyzul

I have completed both Nyzul I and II so I have obviously met all entry requirements. However, when I speak to Shahayl to get an armband to enter Nyzul I just get a message from him saying "This is the Nyzul Isle staging point. If you have no official business here, it's time for you to leave."

I have looked through active missions/quests for anything that may be preventing me from entering and have found nothing. I have no salvage cells/cards in my inventory, storage, locker, etc.

I'm at wits end on this one.

Do you have either of the needed Assaults active?

Or if you have ANY assault active?
To check this easily, go to the Room across the plaza where you'd get sent to the Nyzul Isle Staging Point.
If you have an active one open, it will tell you then.
Also talk to the central guy where you get ID tags and he'll tell you that he cannot give you another when you have one.
If so, talk to the seven ppl that issue assaults, and see which one is active, do it, or cancel it.
