Got stucked between mission

Just finisged the "The Crystal Report" mission. THen I moved to "Magicite". I got the "archducal audience permit" then my game crushed. At the moment I am not able to procede. My mission log state tha I ma yet on "The Crystal Spring" but I can't trade "Crystal Bass". Please Help:mad:

Well, you filled out the platform type (which can only really be Windows OS) but didn't fill out the rest of the 'bug report' template?
