Why aren't the weapon items actively in the total hallmarks category? How long will metals and fibers stay there?

I'm not sure I understand the question.
The rewards listed will stay there until they're changed in the monthly updates and ambuscade currencies reset or you obtain the listed rewards.

Fibers and Metals are still in the total hallmarks category.
Nuggets and Gems are not. They should be. When will they be.

When they decide to put them there?
The category has always contained an arbitrary selection of the rewards for actual points which changes. When they feel like putting them in there, they'll put them in there, they certainly aren't going to give us a date.
