Can you change Cooking katana "Hocho" to allow all jobs to equip?

Currently only Ninjas can equip this Cooking Katana, but is there any chance of a small adjustment to allow all jobs to equip?

I did mention this sometime ago. It didn't get the desired response though with the general reply of "Go and level ninja, takes no time to get into the 50's"

I leveled Ninja only to use this.
