Porter Moogle refuses to store AF+2 on Slip 13

I have bought a Storage Slip 13 and I am trying to store Koga tekko +2 and Koga hakama +2 on Storage Slip 13 and moogle refuses to accept it.
I am trading both items together with the slip like usually do, but the moogle simply doesn't reacting.
