Job Ability "Troubadour" duration is not extending with Merits + Relic Body+3

Steps:

Equiped "Bihu Justaucorps +3" (Bard Relic Body), with 5/5 Troubadour Merits in effect, and used the job ability "Troubadour". Duration remains at 1:00 instead of being extended to 1:20 under these conditions. Had another player test under the same conditions except with "Bihu Justaucorps" instead. The result was an increased duration of the job ability to 1:20, as expected. The "+3" version of the relic body appears to have a bug and does not affect the job ability duration as intended.
