Hello, Lecureuil.
Please let me answer some questions. (But it is not an official u know.)

According to current information, differences of the day section and the night section are below.
1) The stories of the reading show by voice actors are defferent.
2) Nanaa Mihgo's will plays some defferent songs.

You can buy the night section's ticket and they has litlle stock.(The day section's are sold out.)

About cosplay, it perhaps depends on Yomiuri-Land's (the venue of this event) judgment.
We can see the official website of Yomiuri-Land (http://www.yomiuriland.com/english/), but I can't find FAQ about cosplay.
If you need more infomation, you should ask Yomiuri-Land or KADOKAWA's Inquiry (Salalaruru saids).
