Hello guyz when I upgrade my Death penalty Oboro Didn't give me Living bullet pouch my bags wasn't full and I talk to him many times trade Crystal talked to mystic Retriever nothing happens and the worst part after I upgrade my Fomalhaut and making sure I have space in bag same problem happen and oboro didn't give me Chrono bullet pouch am kind out of bullets lol need assist plz

It wont get looked at if the tech support template isn't used. SE have nothing to work from, given the lack of info.
