S. Astral Detritus only drops in Dynamis Jueno D

SE is this on purpose that S. Astral Detritus only drop from Dynamis Jueno D, and not from any other Divergence zones?

Since each zone tied to a different REMA, why are they only dropping in 1 Dynamis zone?

SE please allow this drop to occur in any of the 4 Divergence zones.
