Npc Leadavox missing. Cannot advance WotG

I'm currently on mission titled Her Memories: Operation Cupid
Asked to interact with npc in Vunkerl Inlet (S) called Leadavox. All indications online are that the goblin npc is located at J-6 however I've examined the entire zone and the npc is not in it. Cannot progress in WotG and in turn locked out of RoV because Lilesette is absent.
7 years ago I started with allegiance to Bastok and have Better part of Valor flagged.
I returned to the game recently and instead followed Windurst storyline, gaining the Zodiac ring. I don't know if this is relevant but just giving all the info I can think of.

He's not missing at my end, just had a look. Took a screenshot of the NPC and the Map, and pasted in an image of it with the correct location.

He is behind the gate.. You will see him on widescan.

Aha your picture made me realize my mistake! I was entering abyssea vunkerl and running around lol. Sorry I was away from the game for so long all the new (to me) zones are completely overwhelming. Thank you for responding.
