Stuck in black downloading screen

My main & 1 mule is stuck in the black downloading screens. they were zoning into Bastok Market on Siren server. All other mules work just fine, no issues (they are located in other cities).

Try logging in via other ISP, I.e. tethering via a mobile phone or another WiFi network if you are near one.

Reboot everything! and that resolved the issue. :D
