1. Equip Phantom Roll + gear (in my case, Regal Necklace)
2. Use something with an obvious effect (such as Bolter's Roll)
3. Note the + isn't being applied. I run just as fast as I do without it.

Geomancy+ potency gear Dunna, Idris and Bagua Charm are also bugged and doesn't enhance geomancy spells

Totally ignored the date on the login campaign announcement. So, expect a 911 maint or a 911 maint in that case. XD
