10% Critical hit damage = x10 Abdhaljs Sap
5% Critical Hit damage = x5 Abdhaljs Resin
There is a lot of weapon skills will obtain a good damage buff by add this stat to the capes. Ukko's fury, Victory Smite, Chant du Cygne, Blade: Hi, Jishnu's Radiance etc. Camlann's Torment and Quietus should have a small adjust instead of "defense ignored" to chance of critical hit.
