Can't upgrade White Stratum Abyssite II

Steps:
1. Defeated all 6 Voidwatch NMs with the job specified.
2. Went to an Atmacite Refiner to get the Key Item: Voidwatch Alarum to get Cutscene in Ru'Lude Gardens to upgrade the White Stratum Abyssite II to III.
3. All Atmacite Refiners can't give Key Item, just says: "Hmmm... I'm afraid the stone isn't exhibiting any signs of growth."

I've done research on a few sites that say that all it takes is 1 kill each NM for each step. But killed each of the 6 NMs 3x with no avail on getting the key item. Using different Trusts but same Main Job and Sub Job.

EDIT: Just to be sure I checked both areas for teh Cutscene in Ru'Lude Garden's Audience Chamber and Sauromugue Champaign [S]'s Bulwark Gate but no cutscene.

After you kill all 6 and get the alaram,


Examine the Door:Audience Chamber in Ru'Lude Gardens for a cutscene to receive your KeyItem White Stratum Abyssite III and KeyItemVoidwatcher's Emblem: Qufim.

That’s the problem, after killing the 6NMs at least 2x each I don’t get the Key Item for the Alarum from the Atmacite Refiner nor the Audience Chamber and the Bulwark Gate. The Refiner just says the abyssite is not ready to be upgraded.

Speak with any Voidwatch Officer to receive a Voidwatch alarum.

Kill > OFFICER > KI > Ru'Lude

Refiner is not used from II > III
