micro freeze of 1 sec every 5 sec

Hello,
In game, i have freeze problems of 1 second every 5 seconds, I can not solve this problem and find nothing on the net .. would you have a solution to give me because it is very unpleasant to play in these Conditions ...
my PC:
CM: MSI Z97 gaming5, CG: GIGABYTE 1060 8G, I5 6790K, 12g RAM, windows 10, internet connetion 370 M / s

Do you play with a controller? If not do you have controller enabled in the ffxi settings?

I used to play with a controller and when i had it unplugged but enabled in ffxi settings it used to freeze for very little time every 5 seconds. Was really annoying.
