I did my first artifact reforge the other day on my runfencer and 3 days later the NPC (Monisette) will not allow me to reforge another piece of my artifact gear. I've tried multiple times on different in game days and other RL days. I have done all the requested prerequisites and I am trading the items needed for the reforge. Please fix this issue.

You made an AF+1 and tried to make the same piece AF+2? A second piece of AF+1? Did you have the right mats. The chapters.

So the OP's post is "useless", yet you follow it with an equally "useless" reply?
Like the form or not, you know full well that if it is not used, it will end up in the 'insufficient information' bin.

a solid 99% of the time even with the lolform it's pointless.
RARELY does anyone post a LEGIT bug. Almost every single post ends up being "oops, i'm dumb"
User error =/= bug, no matter how well you fill out the form.
