Well the brd neck is something for brds that do DD. When you're max brd(brd is stagnant power wise again, can't get any better) REMA + Mnbw. Whistle +1 you do tend to work on other sets, one of them usually is DD brd.

Could just as easily be "atk+30 TA+5 DTII -10%". Do I expect that? Absolutely not. XD Is it not impossible that the augments will be good enough to surpass current gear? Absolutely. I say we reserve our complaining until we see the "completed" items. (And the process to complete them.. That's the part that I'm personally worried about being "not worth it"...)

For those that don't know, all Bard Relic gear is battle bard gear, go look at it.

This has been a meme since the dawn of time, as bard's original relic body was one of the best DD bodies in the entire game, and lolbrd got it.

It actually makes perfect sense for our relic neck to be a dope DD neck, fits the rest of the pieces.

Bard I believe can now achieve the highest quadruple attack in the game due to Linos flute, our new neck, and Windbuffet+1.

As for Sam, dont worry. The neck pieces are going to be augmentable and SE has implied they will be pretty powerful.
