The cutscene to start this quest wont show up, im above lvl 3 and i have all the xpansions, but when i go to the mog house it dosnt give me any cutscene. am i missing a requirement?

It triggers upon zoning into one of the three cities, from outside the city, IIRC. It just has to be a zone that has a mog house in it, so zones like Metalworks in Bastok shouldn't work, but any of the other three zones in Basok should.

iv zoned into Windurst woods from outside multiple times and the cutscene still wont trigger
